Bores Meadow is an exclusive gated development comprising of seven individually designed luxury family homes including a barn conversion set in the village of Standish.

LMP Architects prepared conceptual designs for the barn conversion, site layout and new detached house types. Some of the dwellings thereafter were designed for individual clients through to the planning development stage and concluded with the technical design for building regulations approval.

Following completion, the barn conversion was described by Angela Burnett & Company (Estate Agents) as ‘a superb stone barn conversion, built to a high specification forms part of an exciting exclusive development. It was originally built in 1837, and rebuilt in 1978, using the original materials where possible and retaining the historic period external features. This handsome barn has now been converted to a high specification residence with many additional features including a Westmorland green slate roof, hardwood doors and windows, hardwood staircases, and all internal doors are hardwood too.’
